Creating Awareness of Why Hartford is a Great Place

The HADC, Hartford Chamber of Commerce and City of Hartford are working to create more awareness of the Hartford community as a great place to Live, Work and Play.

Over the past many years Major employers such as Signicast LLC, Broan-NuTone LLC, Steel-Craft Corp. and Quad/Graphics Inc. have continued to grow and the need for employees rises.   This has prompted the city leaders and organizations to pool their efforts. Now the results are really beginning to shine.

Recently, Hartford was highlighted with a feature article in the August 6, 2018 edition (both print and electronic versions) of Biz Times Milwaukee. We can use this great article to connect with developers, retailers and restaurant operators in hopes of getting them to locate in Hartford.

Additionally, the site “Busy Kids“, spearheaded by two active Moms, Stephanie & Shannon, focused on Hartford, and promoted the message. Hartford has now been voted one of the 10 best places to raise a family.  They spent two days in Hartford in late July to explore just what we have here and posted a Facebook video along with a lengthy feature that really highlights the many wonderful, fun, family friendly amenities Hartford has to offer.
